I was asked to verify my email when I created an account, but I can not see the verify email.

After creating a new account I was asked to verify my email but I never received it and now I can not log in. What should I do?

Hey there!


There’s three typical causes for verification emails going missing.

1. It got caught by your spam folder

2. Your company has its own spam management system, and that caught it

3. Gremlins.  By which I mean, occasionally email systems just refuse to talk to each other when sending what’s called “Transactional” email, eg, that sent by automated systems


If you’ve checked your spam folders and there’s nothing there, email from the email you registered with, and we can get your account verified manually.
