If the person who owned the main account is no longer with my team, but we want to save the account, can we change the username to reflect the new account owner?

Usernames cannot be changed; however, we can change the email associated with the account in question to the new account holder’s email.
Ideally, main shared accounts should always have generic usernames to avoid issues when accounts need to change hands.
